Welcome to Stendall Place
Welcome to the official web site for the Stendall Place Homeowners’ Association. Stendall Place is a planned unit development with 67 individual units in eighteen separate buildings. Built in the early ‘80s, the quiet complex is beautifully landscaped and shaded by mature trees. Stendall Place HOA is a registered homeowner’s association and strives to govern the buildings and property in a manner that protects value and creates a welcoming environment.
To help facilitate building community, all residents are encouraged to step out and get to know their neighbors. The homeowners' association also hosts a summer garden party and invites homeowners to attend the monthly board meetings and to volunteer in the periodic garden work parties.
Along with these planned opportunities to socialize, residents are highly encouraged to be considerate when engaging in activities where noise, lighting or pet care may interfere with neighborhood relationships. All residents accept the responsibility to maintain the landscaping adjacent to their units as well as tranquil atmosphere of the complex.
This website is intended to enhance community communication and provide residents with useful information about the Stendall Place HOA, the governing documents, board meeting minutes, board policies, and forms. The website also provides information on community activities including social events and links to neighborhood resources. Once registered on the website, residents will receive community news sent directly via Email.
